Vince Sheehy is president of Sheehy Auto Stores, a family business of car dealerships that his father, Vince Sheehy Sr., founded in 1966. He entered the business in 1987 and worked at Sheehy Ford in Marlow Heights, Md., before becoming the general manager at Sheehy Ford of Springfield, Va. In 1991 Vince went out on his own, purchasing a Nissan/Mitsubishi dealership in Manassas, Va. After growing that business for seven years, he and his father merged the companies, and Vince took the helm of the combined operations. Today, the company has 30 dealerships in the mid-Atlantic region.

Before entering the automobile business, Vince spent three years in brand management for General Mills in Minneapolis, Minn., managing brands including Yoplait Yogurt and Gold Medal Flour. From 1980 to 1983, he worked for the Prudential Insurance Company as a group sales and service representative in Washington, D.C.

Vince graduated from Dickinson College in 1980 with a B.A. in economics. He subsequently earned his MBA at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1985.

Steve Smith began his career in 1992 at J. Walter Thompson in New York City. He moved to Maine in 1997 and rose to become the vice president of sales and marketing for Resort Sports Network. In 2002 he began his retail career at Hannaford Supermarket. This launched nine years at the Delhaize Group, where he gained experience in merchandising, commercial planning, marketing and customer relationship management in the U.S. and Belgium.

In 2011 Steve joined Walmart International as SVP and general manager of Sam's Club and chief marketing officer for Walmart China in Shenzhen, China. There, he gained general management responsibility, integrating e-commerce into the core business and improving annual sales growth. A year later, Steve became chief customer officer of ASDA (part of Walmart International), a $30+ billion food, fashion and general merchandise omnichannel business in the United Kingdom. In 2015, Steve became chief merchandising and marketing officer for Yihaodian (part of Walmart Global eCommerce), a pure e-commerce business located in Shanghai.

Steve is a graduate of Dickinson College, where he studied art history and physics.
